利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、たしかにプラス株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリケーション「TrigAR」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用するすべてのユーザー（以下「ユーザー」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（本サービスの内容）

本サービスは、GPS座標、デバイス姿勢情報、および周囲環境の視覚特徴量を組み合わせて、物理空間上の特定位置にデジタルコンテンツ（動画、テキスト、画像、音声）を紐付け、他のデバイスまたは後日の自分が同一位置に訪問した際にAR空間上で再表示する機能を提供します。

第2条（アカウント登録）

  1. 本サービスは、ゲストモード（デバイスIDによる自動登録）、メール認証、Sign in with Apple、Google Sign-In のいずれかでアカウントを作成できます。
  2. ユーザーは、自己の責任においてアカウント情報を管理するものとし、第三者に使用させてはなりません。
  3. ユーザーは、登録情報に変更があった場合、速やかに更新するものとします。

第3条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
  3. 他のユーザーまたは第三者の知的財産権、肖像権、プライバシー、名誉、その他の権利を侵害する行為
  4. 他のユーザーに成りすます行為
  5. 虚偽の位置情報を登録する行為
  6. 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
  7. 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、その他本サービスの技術的保護措置を回避する行為
  8. 自然環境、史跡、私有地、施設管理者の許可なく制限区域内にアンカーを登録する行為
  9. 他人の生命、身体、財産を危険にさらす可能性のあるコンテンツ（危険地点への誘導等）の登録
  10. その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為

第4条（ユーザーコンテンツ）

  1. ユーザーが本サービスに投稿・登録したコンテンツ（以下「ユーザーコンテンツ」）の著作権は、ユーザーに帰属します。
  2. ユーザーは、当社に対し、本サービスの提供・改善・宣伝のため、ユーザーコンテンツを無償で使用する権利を許諾するものとします。
  3. ユーザーは、自己の責任においてユーザーコンテンツを投稿するものとし、第三者の権利を侵害しないことを保証します。
  4. 当社は、ユーザーコンテンツが本規約に違反すると判断した場合、ユーザーへの事前通知なく削除することができます。

第5条（位置情報の取扱い）

  1. 本サービスは、アンカーの登録・再現のためにユーザーの位置情報（GPS座標、デバイス姿勢、周囲環境の視覚特徴量）を取得します。
  2. 取得した位置情報は、本サービスの提供目的、およびプライバシーポリシーに定める範囲でのみ使用します。
  3. 公開範囲が「プライベート」に設定されたアンカーの位置情報は、ユーザー本人以外には公開しません。
  4. 「パブリック」に設定されたアンカーの位置情報は、他のユーザーに公開されます。

第6条（防災機能に関する免責）

本サービスは、遭難・災害・緊急時における位置共有機能を提供しますが、以下の点にご留意ください。

  1. 本サービスは、通信環境、GPS受信状況、バッテリー残量、端末の状態に依存します。
  2. 緊急時における安全の最終保証は行いません。警察・消防・海上保安庁・山岳救助隊等の専門機関への連絡を優先してください。
  3. 本サービスは「救助を確実にする道具」ではなく「救助の手がかりを増やす補助ツール」として位置付けています。

第7条（有料サービスおよびアプリ内課金）

  1. 本サービスは、Free プランに加え、Light、Standard、Pro、Family 等の有料プランを提供します。
  2. 有料プランの購入は、Apple App Store または Google Play Store のアプリ内課金（IAP）を通じて行います。
  3. サブスクリプションプランは、解約手続きをしない限り自動更新されます。解約は各ストアの手続きに従ってください。
  4. 買い切りプラン（Light 等）は、同一アカウント・同一デバイスで永続的に利用可能です。
  5. 返金については、各ストアの返金規定に準じます。当社への直接の返金請求は受け付けておりません。

第8条（知的財産権）

本サービスに関する著作権、特許権、商標権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは、本規約で明示的に認められた範囲を超えて、これらの権利を利用してはなりません。

第9条（免責事項）

  1. 当社は、本サービスの完全性、正確性、確実性、有用性等について、いかなる保証も行いません。
  2. 本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、当社は故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
  3. ユーザー間またはユーザーと第三者との間のトラブルについて、当社は関与せず、責任を負いません。

第10条（サービスの変更・終了）

当社は、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく、本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することができます。これにより生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。

第11条（本規約の変更）

当社は、必要と判断した場合、ユーザーに通知することなく本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本サービス内または本ウェブサイトに掲示された時点で効力を生じます。

第12条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

  1. 本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。
  2. 本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrigAR mobile application ("Service") provided by TASHIKANI-PLUS CO.,LTD. ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The Service allows users to associate digital content (video, text, image, audio) with specific physical locations using GPS coordinates, device pose information, and visual feature descriptors of the surrounding environment. Other devices or the same user at a later time can view the content in AR space when visiting the same location.

2. Account

You may create an account via device-based guest mode, email, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in activities that violate laws or public morals, infringe upon third party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.), register false location data, disrupt Service operations, reverse-engineer the Service, register anchors on restricted premises without permission, or post content that may endanger others.

4. User Content

You retain copyright of content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for Service operation, improvement, and promotion. We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

5. Location Data

The Service collects GPS coordinates, device pose, and visual feature descriptors to enable anchor creation and resolution. Data is used only for Service provision and per our Privacy Policy. Private anchors are only visible to the owner; public anchors are visible to all users.

6. Disaster/Emergency Use Disclaimer

The Service offers location sharing for disaster/emergency scenarios, but depends on network, GPS, battery, and device state. It is a supplementary tool, not a guarantee. Contact official emergency services (police, fire, coast guard, mountain rescue) first in emergencies.

7. In-App Purchases

Paid plans are purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play Store IAP. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled via store settings. Refunds follow store policies; we do not process direct refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

All IP rights related to the Service belong to us or our licensors.

9. Disclaimers

We make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, reliability, or utility of the Service. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Service Modification/Termination

We may modify or terminate the Service without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; updates take effect upon posting.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our head office.
